I called Comfort First Mechanical and they responded immediately and came out within 2 hours of our initial phone call. The worker was on time and took the time to explain to me what the problem was and showed me the exact problem. I called on Friday and we scheduled for the following Tuesday for the repair. They came the following Tuesday on time again, and they repaired my ac and cleaned the area around my ac at no additional charge. CFM blew the competition out of the water in terms of price. They also provided a lot more detail into what the work they would do.
