CFM is awesome! They installed new HVAC in my home after my AC stopped working.  CFM was fast, they came to give me an estimate the same day I called them, CFM was reasonably priced, they were knowledgeable, answered ALL of my questions, they were fast and actually installed the next day, they were quick, the installation only took a couple hours. On Friday night, my AC stopped cooling.  Saturday morning just after 8am, I called Jonathan.  He arranged for someone to come by within an hour.  Eric arrived 40 minutes later, diagnosed the problem and fixed the unit in about 20 minutes.  Highly recommend.

Jonathan was able to triage an air conditioning issue over the phone with me expeditiously on a hot day in Richmond.  He responded to my call within 30 minutes and was courteous and patient. These guys came out with less than a weeks notice and replaced our upstairs heat-pump/furnace in 3 hours... fair pricing... quality work.... I am a first-time homeowner, and my ac went out, and I had no clue of the reason for it. I called Comfort First Mechanical and they responded immediately and came out within 2 hours of our initial phone call. The worker was on time and took the time to explain to me what the problem was and showed me the exact problem. I called on Friday and we scheduled for the following Tuesday for the repair. They came the following Tuesday on time again, and they repaired my ac and cleaned the area around my ac at no additional charge. Comfort First Mechanical is the best HVAC company I have ever used. I don't write reviews often, but when I find a company this good, I feel the need to share it with others. From the estimate to the completion of two major projects, they made every effort to satisfy. The price could not be beat as well as the finished result. My systems look and work flawlessly. I had several companies come out to quote the cost of installing a Heat pump on our second floor. CFM blew the competition out of the water in terms of price. They also provided a lot more detail into what the work they would do. They were extremely responsive and professional in their communication. It was overall an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have HVAC work done.
